Well-mannered small and mid-sized dogs are welcome at the resort. Dogs must be attended at all times and prohibited in food & beverage outlets or pool area (service dogs are an exception). Please pick-up all waste and place in available receptacles.
Smoking is prohibited in all guestrooms (including balconies), pool areas, and indoor public spaces within 20-feet of buildings or entrances. Smoking receptacles are available in outdoor designated smoking areas. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms with a smoke-free condition.
Check-in and Check-out: Check in begins at 4pm. Check out time is 11am. Late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please contact guest services at ext. 0 for availability.
Check-In Authorization & Payment Policy:
At check-in, a pre-authorization hold will be placed on the guest’s credit or debit card for the full amount of the stay plus at least $150 per day for incidentals. This authorization allows for charging privileges throughout the resort. For debit cards, authorization holds may temporarily reduce available funds and may remain on the account for 1–10 days, depending on the issuing bank. A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at check-in.
Wristbands: Your wristbands allow you access to all of our Resort amenities.
Dress Code: Footwear, shirts, and proper attire are required while in the lobby and/or any of our enclosed public areas and restaurants.
Fire and Emergency Procedure: In case of an emergency, please familiarize yourself with the guide describing essential emergency procedures located on the back of your room door.
