As dusk settles over the Catalinas, the resort gathers on the patio for the lighting of our holiday tree. Live music, hot cocoa and spiced cider, cookies and candy canes, and a countdown that draws every generation into the same circle of light. It’s also the evening our culinary team unveils this season’s gingerbread creations, with festive food and beverage offerings throughout.
On Display Throughout the Season
Each year, our culinary team builds something extraordinary out of gingerbread. Last season it was the Sonoran Gingerbread Desertscape: 350 pounds of gingerbread, 294 pounds of brown sugar, and a whimsical, entirely edible tribute to Tucson’s iconic landscape. This year’s hand-crafted display is well underway, and we’re excited to announce the details soon.
